Dr. Mark Chofla
As a board-certified psychiatrist and physician, Dr. Mark Chofla believes we all have the capacity to improve our personal and professional lives. With over 25 years of counseling experience, Dr. Mark Chofla founded his private practice to provide psychiatric medical treatment and/or counseling with empathy.
After receiving his degree in neurobiology, physiology, and behavior from the University of California at Davis, Dr. Mark Chofla completed medical school at Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his psychiatry residency specialty training at the Los Angeles County General Hospital and the University of Southern California Medical Center.
Dr. Shaun-Adrián Chofla
A wide range of personal life challenges brought Dr. Shaun-Adrián Chofla to the field of behavior and learning intervention, first to understand himself and then later to support others on their paths. As a behavior interventionist, Dr. Shaun-Adrián Chofla offers family workshops and consults with families and school districts on various problem behaviors. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he has temporarily suspended these services but can consult with Dr. Mark Chofla as needed.
After receiving his undergraduate and graduate degrees in human development and education from Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, Dr. Chofla completed a doctoral degree in education focusing on curriculum, instruction, and assessment.
